Welcome to Pack 733!

Pack 733 is located in Winfield, Md. We are a pack that has been around for 55 years now. We meet at Winfield Elementary School for most of our pack meetings. Pack 733 would like to express our thanks to the school for use of their facilities. also we would like to thank the Winfield P.T.A. for sponsoring our Pack.

Pack 733 is made up of adult volunteers, without our volunteers the pack would not exist. Pack 733 is always looking for new people to help with events.  We have a full committee of volunteers currently.  Thank you to all who have stepped up to help the boys have a great time and learn how to be a cub scout.
The Cub Scouts are formed as this: First you have the Pack which consists of all the boys. The Pack is broken into dens. these dens are with scouts the same age.  We have two dens that are in the 3rd grade since we have so many 3rd graders.  The other grades have 1 den each.

Please enter/exit through the cafeteria doors that lead to the outside.

Reminder of things to bring:

     ·       Please bring one non-perishable food item (canned or boxed) to restock the food pantry for the Ebenezer United Methodist Church to the pack meetings that are held at the school throughout the school year.

·       Class A uniform must be worn at all regular pack meetings and most den meetings.  The exception to this will be for new scouts that have yet to get their uniform and our Halloween party which we encourage all the scouts, siblings and even parents to dress in costumes!

We welcome any boy that will be going into 1st through 5th grade in the fall.  If your son is home-schooled we would love to have your family join us too. Check back for more information about our upcoming events.  All the boys meet together for a pack meeting every month.  Or you can bring your son to a den meeting contact Mary Flagler @ mflagler@comcast.net to find out more information since dens are specific to the grade/age level they are held on different nights.

Recruitment is ongoing still!

It is  a good time to join, use the "contact our pack" at the top of this screen to find out when the meeting will be for your son's age group.  We will get back to you with the information.  You can come check out a meeting and if you like what you and your son sees then you can sign him up.

What does it cost to be a scout with our pack?

Our pack charges pack dues that are $60 each per year for this year round program.  Please see Cub Scout FAQ to the left for more information.  This is the only year round program for boys.  If you break it down-it costs only $5 per month since we plan for an event every month of the year!

Overnight adventures!

Many times usually beginning with the Bears in 3rd grade, the scouts and their families will go on overnight adventures.  Our pack has been on overnight trips to the Baltimore aquarium and to the Baltimore science center.  We actually slept inside!  We saw a behind the scenes tour and camped out.  The boys in pack 733 are offered many exciting trips to go on.

Thank you!

We are very grateful for the generosity of many of the local grocery stores.  Please support those who support us-Woodbine and Mt Airy Food Lions, Mt Airy and Eldersburg Safeway, Martin's in Eldersburg and Costco in Frederick.
